Oh really? If his disk is completely herniated, which means that the water has protruded into the nerves, and it aggregates him so much, his doctor might know this information already and is the reason he/she is saying so. If he can’t move, and do an exercise without feeling severe pain, he should consider surgery. Usually, testing himself with a herniated disc exercise will allow him to know where his body is at. Another way is understanding how long the symptoms have persisted for. A large or small spine canal can predict the severity as well with an MRI. Have him try The NSADS I have listed. If the pain persist for longer than 12 weeks it’s time for surgery. If you have any further concerns, please get back to me. Thank you.

A herniated disc is no joke, for both neck and back. They are very disruptive and are a pain to go through the day with. Exactly! Herniated disc become a headache and a constant reminder that they take no mercy. At this level, medication is not a viable solution, and never will be. Why take just the edge off, when you can go for more healthier all natural ones instead? Hey Selenity,Oh really? Bone broth just happens to be the most overlooked remedy to naturally heal a herniated disc in the neck and back. Why? So many people are focused on one area most of the time which usually has to do with pain medications and exercise. When either one of these two don’t do justice for someone with more intense chronic pain, it’s like a repeat, where people will do the same thing over and over again.I used to be on bone broth at least 3 times a day, and then I slowly regressed from it to the point where my pain was no longer so much of an issue. The great thing about it too is that it can heal your pain and at the same time help control weight – especially if you have it 2-3 times a day to begin. Fish oil is a top of the funnel supplement, and it has its place but overtime, you’ll want to transfer away from it and use more stronger targeted nutrients like turmeric, glucosamine, among others. You still want to take these because you’re getting your vitamins but combining it with more potent ones will really help you out. There are many supplements for different uses, some geared more for inflammation, others for things like arthritis, osteoarthritis and so forth. Yeah, a herniated disc is right up there with being one of the most serious chronic conditions, and since back pain happens to over 80% of people all across the world, we have to be more aware of it. There are tons of different ways someone can get a herniated disc, the most common being that of an injury but a hereditary cause is not too far behind. So many people with acute lower back pain and neck pain are unaware of just how fast the pain can transition to something more serious. In my case, I’ve experienced this. Yes, as long as you can be aware of your surrounding and know what activities you are participating in, then you should 9 times out 10 do well.
Yoga is actually the best way to heal a herniated disc believe it or not. Many other treatments are supplements to exercise and stretching, so they go hand in hand in a way, but you have to build a routine where you’re involving all of them together.
I wouldn’t say more, at least statistically and from my own experience speaking. I think anyone who is into rigorous activities as well who is used to put themselves in more of a harms way can be in immediete danger too.
