Believe it or not, I was overdue for a post about Proteolytic Enzymes that today as I was walking down to the supermarket and I stepped in a hole as I was crossing the street and really did some damage to my knee pain, and I could feel the slightest HINT of Sciatica starting to creep up my lower back.

Since we covered that you can already find them in plants, animals, and in ourselves, our Digestive tract. But what you probably haven’t figured out yet is where to:

It’s a very affordable Portoeolytic Enzyme that carries TWO different proteolytic enzymes that we mentioned above, can you remember? They are Bromelain An Papain.

What I have come to love about using Heal-N-SOOTHE over the years is that its helped me reduce my back pain significantly, from severe chronic and sciatica pain that I couldn’t live with day to day, to being able to improve my walking, and posture both together.
