Believe it or not, I was overdue for a post about Proteolytic Enzymes that today as I was walking down to the supermarket and I stepped in a hole as I was crossing the street and really did some damage to my knee pain, and I could feel the slightest HINT of Sciatica starting to creep up my lower back.

Why is it that everything with the word pro or after a word or saying means that It’s automatically supposed to be treated of a “higher status”? If anyone wanted to create a brand and name it pro, does that mean they are already better or will ever be then their competitors? Something to think about(think between the lines)…

So what does this have to do with what Proteloytic Enzymes are? I want yo to keep an open mind that not every single one will be great, but not all will be bad either, it just depends on what your needs are for using them which is key.

Papayas: A papaya contains enough enzymes to heal your damaged tissue and maintain proper health digestion. But if you’re thinking you’re going to get them from taking a bite, or consuming one, you’ll find that you will still have your arthritis pain. Why’s that?
