proteolytic enzymes-Pineapple

Believe it or not, I was overdue for a post about Proteolytic Enzymes that today as I was walking down to the supermarket and I stepped in a hole as I was crossing the street and really did some damage to my knee pain, and I could feel the slightest HINT of Sciatica starting to creep up my lower back.

If you don’t know who I am, my background stems from lucrative lower back pain, from the most chronic to sciatica infused pain. Don’t worry, infused is a word I like to use just to mesh chronic and sciatica together, there is no actual study done that A nerve can actually collaborate with a herniated disc or facet joint to steer the image of ground level molecules interacting.

HUH? Yes, I went on a tangent but it was to serve a purpose…to let you know that you are going to be PERFECTLY Fine At the end of this, my guarantee. So why are we here again?….Oh that’s right! Proteolytic Enzymes. I must have bumped my head on my way back from the supermarket today.

Let’s get real…Do you know what Proteloytic Enzymes are? Before we can get to the best proteloytic Enzymes, at a ground level you have to know what the heck they are right? And if you’re already on board, Just bare with me for this segment.

In this article I’m going to be covering:

So what Am “I” waiting for? Lets get going.

What Are Protelolytic Enzymes? Are They Of “PRO” Status?

Why is it that everything with the word pro or after a word or saying means that It’s automatically supposed to be treated of a “higher status”? If anyone wanted to create a brand and name it pro, does that mean they are already better or will ever be then their competitors? Something to think about(think between the lines)…

So what does this have to do with what Proteloytic Enzymes are? I want yo to keep an open mind that not every single one will be great, but not all will be bad either, it just depends on what your needs are for using them which is key.

A Proteloytic Enzyme are really essential for processing many factors in your digestive tract and system. It’s substitute names are also:

  • Proteases
  • Peptidases
  • protenisais

FLOCK FLOCK, a pack of more pros coming in to confuse our language. Other than primarily being know for helping out and doing 99.99% of the work inside your digestive tract, they effectively can perform a variety of roles too. Here are the sub-regions that you can count on to aid in:

  • cell division
  • blood clotting
  • protein recycling
  • immune function

The amazing thing about proteolytic enzymes are its diversity to help not just the human organism but its main root, a plant. Plants need proteolytic enzymes like humans need TV or Food(maybe not TV), but its essential to a plants growth and overall protection amongst pesticides and its mechanisms for self defense are second to none!

The Two Types of Proteolytic Enzymes

As just mentioned, plants and us beautiful human beings need proteloytic enzymes, but did you know that animals need them too?

It’s similar to how we consume meat, a cow nuritous itself with grass/plants where the proteolytic enzymes cycle in, and then we consume the gracious meat.

So there are:

  • animal
  • plant

…Derived enzymes. And then there are two ways to classify Proteolytic enzymes:

  1. Arthritis. Also including rheumatoid arthritis, fribromylagia, osteoarthritis, muscle, joint pain, sciatic nerve pain, promotes weight loss, and anti-inflammatory properties
  2. Inflammation. Another form that Porteolytic enzymes come in are just to block standard acute and chronic inflammation without having to specialize in the conditions like arthritis and the rest of the conditions just up above.

Both are anti-inflammatory centered, but you should know that there is a difference between Proteolytic enzymes for Arthritis, and just for inflammation in general – which I will get to in the latter part of the article(So stay tuned for the best part).

But if you’d like to see what proteolytic enzymes are best just for general inflammation, then you must check out this article for inflammation.

To be clear, your body naturally produces enzymes, but you can also digest them through many foods, and most commonly for pain and inflammation; supplements. Just watch this video that explains that in further detail:

Here’s a table that outlines the effectiveness of this “Miracle” Enzyme:

Clinical results from trials with the “Miracle Enzyme”
Condition TypeCases%
Effectiveness
Post-surgical swelling74288.5%
Sports injuries/trauma20887.5%
Inflammatory disease90677%
COPD/Bronchitis55674%
Enhancement of antibiotic12479%
ENT infection and inflammation14097.3%
Fibrocystic breast disease7085.7%

Where Can You Find Them?

I know they’re hiding somewhere behind “that person” who knows all about proteolytic enzymes, or somewhere in a supermarket or pharmacy…great that narrows it down.

Since we covered that you can already find them in plants, animals, and in ourselves, our Digestive tract. But what you probably haven’t figured out yet is where to:

  • walk
  • drive
  • take a plane
  • ride your bike

…Just to get yourself the right dosage for your arthritis. Let’s think back to a minute when I mentioned “Food”. Yes, that’s right, you can find Proteolytic Enzymes in your every day meals!

The most common place where they resign-ate is inside your body, but second to that will have to be Pineapples and Papaya. YUMMY!

Papayas: A papaya contains enough enzymes to heal your damaged tissue and maintain proper health digestion. But if you’re thinking you’re going to get them from taking a bite, or consuming one, you’ll find that you will still have your arthritis pain. Why’s that?

There is nearly not enough mg in papaya, and might I add “driving potential” to give you the relief that you need. That’ll be covered in a few minutes, but let me tell you what’s happening at a tinny tiny level…

Papayas have an ingredient and compound known as “Papain”. You can likely find Papain in:

  • leaves
  • roots
  • and the fruit of the papa-yin plant

For thousands of years, Papain has been used, believe this or not: As a meat tenderizer, because it’s so good at breaking down protein.

Pineapples: OH Who loves in a(Insert here___) Under the sea? It’s a common tune in a show, but anyways, pineapples have the ability to carry just the same amount of powerful enzymes as Papain, but it has it’s own ingredient, known as “Bromelain”

This wonderful natural ingredient can be found in the skin and the sweet juice of its ground rooted plant…And OH Boy, If you ever get the chance to try that out, DO IT! It’s phenomenal.

So you have two choices I’m leaving you with. You can either consume papaya and pineapple raw separately, one after the next, or you can get the proteolytic. Enzymes from a supplement. Don’t make a choice yet, but keep in mind “supplement” as we walk through the rest of the article.

Should You Supplement?

To be or not to be? TO BE! I can answer the looming question of using enzymes as a supplement once and for all, and that’s from the fact that I use proteolytic enzymes just about twice a week(used to be every day). You can find proteolytic enzymes in:

  • gels
  • capsules
  • powders
  • chewables
  • and tablets

Depending on the supplement you consume, some while have many proteolytic enzymes, while some only carry one.

What Do Proteolytic Enzymes Heal?

We know that they will greatly help arthritis, but lets cover an array of others:

  • Rheumatoid arthritis
  • osteoarthritis
  • Muscle pain
  • Herniated disc
  • Sciatica
  • Bulging disc
  • Fingers
  • Knuckles
  • Feet

These are just some of the many! But as you can see, there is much to love about proteolytic enzymes. My personal favorite that proteoloytic enzymes can bring to the table other than helping your digestive system and Inflammation, is its fast and speedy recovery. And when I mean fast, ZOOM ZOOM is what I’m talking about here.

Ingredients to look Out For:

According to Healthline, “Similarly, a 2-month study in 42 individuals with chronic osteoarthritis found that supplementing daily with devil’s claw in combination with turmeric and bromelain, which are thought to have anti-inflammatory effects as well, reduced pain by an average 46% (18).”

So, you got a small breakdown of what ingredients stack up against your arthritis, but now let’s take it one step further and find out what makes a great proteolytic enzyme for arthritis…

  • Protease
  • Bromelain
  • Boswellia serrate extract
  • Ginger Root extract
  • Yucca root
  • Turmeric
  • Rutin
  • Devils Claw
  • Papain

These would be the main ingredients I’d be looking for If I wanted to get enough proteolytic enzymes driven into my digestive and immune system, and to get the best chance at healing my arthritis, and getting more for your value because it will also support your back pain, and supply you with more than enough of these special enzymes for you spine and non-related spine pain

Now that’s not to say every bottle is going to have similar ingredients, and if you happen to stumble around and try others, you’ll notice that they have more of:

  • Protease. Most other bottles are not arthritis focused are more Protease compound driven, so you’ll see a strong milligram dosage on those bottles. See below:
