The best way to get the most out of the two are by consuming them together. I’ve found out over the years, that to control my weight, while keeping away inflammation, I had to start eating better foods. There was no if and or but about it.
I had to change my diet to adjust to my chronic lower back. As a part of my road to healing, I found turmeric to be helpful when it was combined with essential oils, or other herbs, because they help act on giving you long term relief.
What I later found out was how well turmeric and forskolin were of a match, I still followed my daily exercise and stretching routine, but now I was able to effectively eat the foods to make me cut weight, and cause less inflammation to my body.
