Turmeric and Forskolin, The Two Punch Breakout
Have you found yourself asking why you can’t get rid of your nagging lower back pain? and no matter how hard you try, you just fail to reduce your pain and aches. Well there’s a huge reason for that…
Turmeric is designed to help alleviate you from inflammation and pain, but you can’t expect to a turn around if you’re just eating the spice. It’s a bland taste all by itself, but when its combined with your favorite meals, there’s no letting go of your plate.
Turmeric is an amazing bright yellow spice that contains analgesic properties to help reduce your:
- inflammation
- joint pain
- arthritis
- fibromyalgia
- cravings
…And many more health benefits, but these are some of the most major ones. You normally can’t get the right amount of dose from turmeric alone, you’ll usually need an ingredient like curcumin to help drive that. And then there came the use of forskolin straight after studies proved how effective curcumin, turmeric and forskolin will work together. If you want to learn more about what turmeric and curcumin do so well together, I HIGHLY suggest you read more about turmeric with curcnumin here.
Forskolin is a plant that’s derived from the mint family most widely grown in places like Thailand, Nepal, and parts of India. While forskolin has been used for centuries in folk medicine and for asthma, it’s growing in popularity for its weight loss supplement. Here are many of the benefits of both turmeric and forskolin when combined:
- You’ll lose extra fat from your belly and hips
- You’ll have a greater activation energy and concentration
- Promotes great weight loss treatment, safely and effectively
- No clinical prescription is required
- Reccomended by Dr Oz and webmd
Turmeric alone can’t promote weight loss, but as its combined with forskolin, it will not only help reduce your cravings, but you’ll be able to finally shed the weight you need safely and effectively.
As a lower back pain patient, I couldn’t tell you how many times I had been approached by weight loss theories, and claims that they would be the best for me. What they didn’t understand was my body…
Lower back pain as you know can cause havoc in daily life. The little things we take for granted such as exercise can be difficult to even think of doing. Sometimes we need a push to start button to get our engines rolling on the right route…sort of speak.
When I was introduced to turmeric and forskolin, it only made more sense as I did my own research. Studies and testimonials help approve the high reputation it holds. Just see here:

Why Not Consume Them Together?
The best way to get the most out of the two are by consuming them together. I’ve found out over the years, that to control my weight, while keeping away inflammation, I had to start eating better foods. There was no if and or but about it. I did some serious complaining that my back and weight was not getting any better. I tried things like the ketogenic diet, and while they gave me results, my back pain was getting worse.
I had to change my diet to adjust to my chronic lower back the right way. As a part of my road to healing, I found turmeric to be helpful when it was combined with essential oils, or other herbs, because they help act on giving you long term safe and effective results.
What I later found out was how well turmeric and forskolin were of a match in a supplement as oppose to trying to get it from meals(you don’t get nearly enough from eating). I still followed my daily exercise and stretching routine, but now I was able to effectively eat the foods to make me cut weight, and cause less inflammation to my body while on turmeric and forskolin. With the aid of turmeric and forskolin, making sure you continue treatment through eating the right foods is essential!
I can’t tell you how many times I, and many other people I’ve worked with, go back to eating poorly. To make sure you stay on the right path, check ou my healing foods article right here, and get your free eating guide.
There’s A Positive Outlook In Natural Medicine
Turmeric and Forskolin both come from a plant species, meaning that they are both natural remedies. The world we live in has not realized that there is a transition that needs to be made; from painkillers to alternative medicine.
How much more natural can you get than plant based extracts? Not very much. Today you’ve learned a taste about what turmeric and forskolin are, what they are commonly known to be used for, and how you can start using them in your everyday life, whether that be for eating meals, or helping fight off inflammation.

Funnily I have been reading a lot about the benefits of turmeric lately and how this spice can help people with joint pain.
Tasty as it is in a curry, I doubt that that small amount will do much good, so I guess it would be much better to take it in tablet form so that it is more concentrated.
Interesting to see in your article that if you mix turmeric and forskolin, it can help you lose weight. As they are both natural remedies at least they can’t do to much harm, especially if they don’t work for you – nothing lost. It is always better and safer to stick to the natural remedies. Not only do they work most of the time, but they are also gentle on the body.
hi Michel,
Turmeric is an amazing spice as is it’s product form. Oh have you? Nice! It’s extremely helpful with joint pain, you just have to understand how it can best be used, and your right that even a small amount of turmeric alone can’t. Your right on the money, taking in it in a tablet form will be the best option. There are ways to always mix turmeric with bone broth and little alternative eating habits but in my experience, tablets work the best.
We think the same way, with turmeric not being harmful, and it really factually is not. I recommend people take turmeric with other natural Ingredients because it’s safe. People like me with their back pains that are low and much more severe should be looking at these type of options, and less with Keto and others like that. Turmeric and forskolin, are not only safe, but they are great as a diet.
Turmeric for joint pain is much more efficient when curcumin is added into it, and if you’re looking for a more joint pain solution, curcumin and turmeric are very helpful.
Thank you,
Michael
This is great news! I am going to try turmeric for my newly diagnosed osteoarthritis! I had never heard of forskolin. Thanks for the great tips!
Hi Theresa,
Turmeric is an absolute life saver! I have found the most relief from herbs when this one ingredient is in it. Turmeric with Forskolin is no different…you will get the anti-inflammatory benefits of turmeric with it allowing to curb your cravings safely all while you let Forskolin do its job. But remember, you still have to make sure you’re taking care of the other areas in your health like exercising, and that you eat the right meals. So, I know you’ve checked out my healing foods article, and you have a better idea. Just follow that to a tea, and you will do great with your osteoarthritis. Do let me know if you need any more help! Thanks.
