Avogadro? The Pythagorean Theorem? The Mean value theorem? How about a simple 0-0 = 0?
What in the world was that about right?
I want you to know that as much as I’ve taken an interest into pain management and helping you defeat inflammation at its core…
I want you to know that I studied mathematics, from algebra to calculus, to statistics, and even economics, and I never thought I’d have to be using it for back pain, but hey here we are!
For all you right brain “hard-heads”, mathematics might just be what you need to wrap your head all around your dilemma, and even if you don’t have a talent for math, I’m going to keep this is a simple as it is.
You see, you don’t have to be a scientific, a physicist or a mathematician to get to the deep of your troubles, just a simple addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division can be used in health.
In addition to that(word on play :)), you’re going to hear me talk about integrations, balancing equations, and a derivative. By the end of this you might as well have learned a crash course in mathematics and physics,
Basic Overview of tools we’re using:
- X and Y graph
- Addition of single numbers
- Multiply by 2 and 3
- Dividing by half
- Reverse engineering your process
Lets get to it!
The “Y”
Take a look at “Y”. Every graph equation has a a Vertical component or a factor, and when we are solving for an equation we look for this factor to leading a healthy lifestyle.
Think of “Y” as your improvement to your health that can move up and down. And the higher you go the better, because there is no limit to telling what you can accomplish. When you hit infinity, you’ve mastered the four categories of Exercise, Healing Foods, Mental Thinking, and Natural Remedies.
And in this part of the equation you have the spine. The Straighter your spine can get, the more closer you will get to your peak.
Solving For X. You can’t have a “Y” Without an “X”. Just think about the hidden message there for a second…
What if I translated this to: You can’t understand your “Why” without your “X factor”. What I mean by this is that your X is your independent variable, and your y is called the dependent variable.
So every time “X” which in this case is the cause, triggers an effect, your “Why”. This is also known as an indirect relationship.
You shouldn’t overlook this because every cause has an effect, and the worse your cause is(It gets farther to the right of the HORIZONTAL “x”) the more in critical condition you will be.
The Law of Subtraction
The Point I want to make is already in the name itself “Lower Back Pain” -LOWER. Back pain subtracts things from your life that you fearfully think you will never have back, like your:
- time
- energy
- work life
- family life
- sex life
- weight control
- eating habits
- mental clarity
- emotianal balance
- And so much more!
So, your quality of life takes a dip and and this physical and mental pain can lead to financial and psychological loss.
The Law of Addition
Now you’re talking about adding value to your health, you’re giving yourself the chance to bring in more mental clarity, healthier eating, your habits change, You start to exercise better, consumer more natural remedies, and your health goes back to the “Y”
Lets break these down a bit:
Healthy Eating/Diet
- People generally with overweight tend to suffer with lower back pain 90% more than their counterparts. The extra weight can put pressure on the muscles, joints, spine, ligaments, tendons, and especially your muscles located in the abdomen.
- A healthy diet is most appropriate, but making sure that you know which are the right ones for you are most important.
Exercising
- Adding Exercising is not a choice, it should be considered an obligation. Once you exercise, you will be able to workout your weight much more efficiently, and get yourself into better strength and flexible shape.
- Your muscles, joints, ligaments, and tendons from your spine down to the lower trunk of your body will get stronger.
Mental Behavior
- As you continue wit your upward ascent, you will journey into how your mind coordinates its behavior with your physical limitations. You’ll feel stronger, more serotonin will get to your brain, and with the endorphins you release from exercising, that an extra plus.
- Your emotions will come into balance, and you’ll balance out your body and mind.
- Natural Remedies
By no means is Natural Remedies the last thing to end with, it should be used within your journey.
- As you consumer more natural alternative medicines, your inflammation will flatten out without the use of exercise, or working on your posture, giving you the edge at any time.
Balancing Out Equations
After you work on each and every single one of the four essential to a lasting back pain freedom you will have a balanced out equation.
I like to break this down with a simple “stochiometery” equation. What is that?
It’s like when you make a recipe and you want to go from grams to milligrams, from milligrams to Liters. Where before you get to the next variable, you have to get rid of one first. For example:
If I have on the starting end of the equation a large number with a larger variable like for example 30 grams, I want to get to the other side of the equation so I’m left with the lowest number possible like 5 milligrams – See how even the variable became much smaller?
What does this mean? It means that the more you put practice into getting better, the less and less you will have to rely on a drug, on using constant natural remedies over and over, and the less you will go through trouble to fix your pain.
Multiplicate That!
Probably the most overlooked s Multiplication. This can go both ways. Lets say you’ve had acute inflammation 3 times in the past 2 months. You’re likelier to multiply your chances of getting it again and getting deeper into chronic pain.
Division
Ofcourse, we want to split our threshold in half or more. With division, we are sometimes split between how we should spend our time devoting to our hobbies, sports, families, friends, work, and how much we take care of ourselves.
If you can divide by less to start, you’ll focus on improving better and faster, and from that point forward, you can split into thirds or more(which are areas).
Integration
An Integral is probably the most important mathematical concept, and underated class. What’s an integral?
It’s like getting in a time machine and going back in time to the past. Once you get to the past, you can see the way that the future was made. But in the sense of pain, you can go back in time, and change it!
Everything back pain entails has to do with reverse engineering. You, many others, and me have all started in the wrong place. From drug use to sitting down, resting, to living a sedimentary life.
We become used to this feeling and leave out any other options. So we have to work backwards to fix the problem rather than forward first.
Fixing the problem might sound like a complex task but it really is much easier than you think…Take this recipe for how to get rid of a chronic lower back pain for example.
That article above that I linked to is a fun way of looking at the “Ideology” behind what you need to put into getting over chronic pain.
But now I hear the big dog calling, and he’s saying that that the next best article on chronic lower back pain is right around the corner…
How I Remove A Bad Back
Do you want to know how I’m living my best life these days?
If you didn’t that would be a crime and most certainly not a great way to use your time. Let me show you.
When I had chronic lower back pain, the only thing I ever thought about were either harmful drugs or the next quick fix, I was a real brute, and yes I was blind. But it all changed…
After a couple years of learning the hard way, and in the time of my studies, I found the right way to get the job done…per say.
Now I use the right chronic pain treatment options to get rid of my problems, and I do it on a day-to-day basis!
