Run, Run, Run! An Expirement that is.
I can bet all my money that you never thought you’d see the day where The scientifc method would have anything t do with having a bad back. But Like Applees to Apples. The scientif method of a bad back has so despertetly proven to be a success.
Oh yeah, I’m taking you all the way back to your glory days from an elementary student to college and to this thing we call a self education of life.
Did you know that the scientifc Method that I breathe so deeply every day like Oxygen is to Us, can have such a profound effect on your back pain?
Not ony is trying to fix your back pain a Tremednous way to make you understand the Scientifc Method and how to use it, but so is for people who don’t have the feintest hint of having back pain.
Whehter you’re in school or out in the real world, you use the scientif method in your daily life. We just happen to do it more on a non subcnoious level, kind of like an “under the hood” method I like to call it.
We’ve spent that last coouple minutes giving back pain and the scientif method justice, but what in the heck is the scientif method?
Imagine yourself in the kitchen, you’re reading a recipe, and the first time doesn’t even come close to tasting nor looking good. You get back to the drawing board, and you make it a second time, this time there’s a small improvement. And quite possible by the third time, you have it down.
You’ve just taken 3 experiments and run trials and errors. You’ve broken down the most highest complex form to its more empiracl(lowest) form. Through your observations from expirement 1, you made mental recordings, so that on expirement 2, you would add a little more or less of an ingredient. And by the time expirement 3 came around, on the ned you had a well balanced result.
There we go! You have a recipe that you can now rinise and repeat.So how the heck does this help you with your back pain?
Simply said “You are the closest thing to the what the scintifci method stands for. You are the only one who knows your body temple. Let me break that down:
- In the scientif Method you make a thesis statement and then you write out your hypothesis. At first you will evalute every scenario imaginable(especially if you have chronic pain), and you will have a statement that might sound like this:
In preperation for bed, I will take at least 10 minutes to do Vinyasa yoga, and then I will Shower for 5 minutes on high heat, soak to relax my muscles, and then after I will jump into bed.
2. Your Hypothesis will sound along the lines like:
If I exercise for 10 minutes before bed and shower for 5 minutes after, Then I will feel much more flexbile, stronger, and loose when I go to bed, becuase I have added more bloodflow throughout my body.
3. Tooils Needed. At this point you should know what tools you will need, such as a yoga mat, a heat pad, essential oils, etc.
4. Run your expirements, trials 1-3. Now, Like the cooking example I gave you, take your hypothesis and run your expirement. You might not get it right the first time, but after a couple more nights, you will get it down. Why? Becuase YOU understand YOUR body, and YOU did this for yourself.
Can You Apply The Scientific Method To Every Concept?
It can be tricky to invision the use of the scientif method becuae there are so many ways that controubute to a bad back. We’re talking about bones, muscles, joints, ligaments, tendens, tissue, disc pain, and way more.
Your body is mechanical weapon as much as it is a biohazard for inflammation. So in theory, applying he scnietifc theory to just one one positioning statement can lead to many more. Do you get what I am saying thus far?
Like If I said My posture contriubted to curving my spine even further inward to th ebelly, that even when that underlying issue gets fixed, we still have to account for the fact that your hips are out of alignment and on and on if need be.
